Hey surfers,
Would you like to improve your surfing skills? Then join this yoga session!
This sequence is tailored to the movements you make while surfing and helps improve your performance, prevents injuries and ensures optimal recovery after your session.
By means of breathing techniques and the different postures you influence the mental aspects of surfing: deep concentration, endurance, fast response and overcoming your fears. But also the physical aspects such as strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, strengthening of your core and other important muscle groups.
It's like surfing but on dry land;)
I give different options so it is suitable for everyone! Do participate! Even if you may not be very fond of yoga
